Gifter is a community experiment in social generosity.We want to see if we can collect a million wishes from the Internet community and match those wishes with a million dollars of charitable donations.

How it works?

Step 1 - Get 1,000,000 people to leave a wish.

Step 2 - Have sponsors donate $1 for each wish to charity.

Everyone Benefits.

1. You can have fun exploring the wishes on the wishing well, or read all the wishes as comments on the Million Dollar Blog Post where we collect all the wishes.

2. Sponsors get to advertise their support for worthy causes, getting advertisement for themselves and the causes they support.

3. Charities get the generous donations from our sponsors and the exposure to the Internet community.

4. The Internet community displays their hope for making the world a better place in a public display of generosity. We link to the charities, wish makers and wish sponsors allowing the everyone to come together to show what our community cares about.
